**SONG(S) FIR THIS CHAPTER**

Chase drove through the town and the car was filled with awkward silence, we didn't say a word to each other since we began the ride and now I'm starting to think that maybe it was because we had sex.
Fuck I have to erase those thoughts from my head, no wonder why people find it stressful to date or have sex with Virgins because they're always over thinkers.
"We'll soon get there" he says as he's eyes were still fixed on the road.
"How do you even know my father's house" I ask him but he didn't reply.
"Was it special?" I ask again knowing full well that he might not understand what I'm asking of.
"What was that" he asks
"The sex" I say and he glanced at me and fixed his eyes back on the road.
"I don't understand what you're talking about" he lies because I'm damn sure that he understood what I was talking about and what I meant.
"Okay" I say.
The streets started to become familiar to me the more we moved and I knew I was closest to home already. What do I tell my father, he must've been hell worried about me, what if he had already found out that I was in a club dancing when I got kidnapped or what if he is dead already. I shove the latter thought off of my mind because I do not even want to know or think of how I'll survive without my father. I guess I'll just have to be honest with him and pour out the whole truth.
"Jane" Chase calls."we're there" he says and I stared at the house without moving an inch away from the car.
"This is All you wanted go on" he says as I came down from the car and walked slowly to my house.
I knocked twice on the door.
"Who's it" I can hear my father's voice as he approaches the door and every step I hear him take my heart beats faster.
He opened the door and saw me standing all alone outside the door.
"Janey" he says as tears started to drop from his eyes. He stretched out his hands to hug me and I didn't hesitate to hug him back. I miss my father. The hug lasted for a while before he pulled away from the hug.
"I never thought I'd see you again, thank you Jehovah" my dad says as he looked into the heavens. The engine of a car started and I looked back to see Chase zooming off already. My heart dropped because I'm not sure I want Chase gone.
"Who was that?" My father ask me
"He helped me" I answer.
"Come on in Janey and tell me about how everything happened" he says.
I entered the house and everything was still intact, my dad really does a great job cleaning and taking care of the house. I spotted a lot of news paper on the table.
"What are these for?" I ask him
"Oh those, I use them to check for any update concerning your whereabouts but they all proved abortive. I still can't believe you are here, I heard that some bad people kidnapped you, those stupid heartless sons of a bitch" he pause. "I wish I can just arrest them all because they have no sign of humanity in the..."
"They're humans father" I cut him short.
"They're nice people and they have the biggest heart" I say.
"How could you possibly say this?, They kidnapped you Janet" my father says. The tone in his voice wasn't calm anymore.
I didn't say anymore word as I ran to my old room, I really don't want Chase to be gone and I accept the fact that I have fallen in love with Chase. I cried into my pillow as I heard my dad calling from the door.
"Jane, honey you're in there?" He asks but I didn't respond.
"Can I come in now?' he adds as he walked into my room
I wiped my tears as he stared at me in awe.
"Why are you crying" he asks and I wiped my nose.
"I'm fine dad" I say
"No you're not
"I'm fine dad I'm okay nothing's wrong with me and I definitely didn't fall in love with the person I just left" I say as new tears started to roll down my cheeks. At this point my dad was staring at me and I think he must've understood what was going on.
He hugged me tightly and patted my hair softly without saying a word for some minutes.
"Does he live you back?" My dad asks
"I don't know" I sniff my nose "he shows me that he loves me but has never said that he loves me" I continue.
My father studied my face carefully and stood up from my bed, he walked to position himself in front of me.
"You'll be fine Jane" he says
"No I won't dad, I don't think I'll ever be fine, he is my first love, my first kiss and my first intimate" I say as my son's became louder.
"You had sex with him!!!!" My dad says as it was clear that he was angry. I did not say a word.
"If you hadn't gone to the stupid club to be a striper you wouldn't have been in this mess but you couldn't just listen" my dad says and my heart fell,oh he heard already.
He walked away from the room slamming the door hard. What the hell was I thinking, telling dad I had sex with my kidnapper. I really need to find Chase and I can clearly remember the way to his safe house the only problem might be that I might get lost in the woods.
I didn't hesitate to wash my face off of the tears that are now sticky. I walked outside my room still on Chase's cloth and I'm going to find Chase. I say to myself.
"Dad I'm going out" I say
"You're going no where young lady, go back to your room" he says.
"You can't tell me not to go out I'm no longer a teenage girl I'm an adult" I say to him.
"Where are you going to" he asks.
"To look for him" I reply quietly but he heard.
"Can you even hear yourself?" He asks me. ",You just frees yourself and now you're going back to the bondage" he continued.
"It's my life dad" I reply
"Your mum won't be happy with me if I let you go" he says
"You can't just lock me up in here forever father" I say but he doesn't reply, rather he took a sip out of the hot coffee on his hands, I'll admit the weather's cold with the heavy rain that fell earlier.
"Jane you're being a child" he says
"Stop calling me a child father, I'm a woman"I say
"Do you even have any idea of his age?" He asks and I realized I actually don't know his age because I never asked of his age
"Does age really matters?" I ask
"It does Jane expecially when you're just 20 and he's 38, he's going to use your feelings against you because you're young and naive" he says
"I am not naive" I say raising my voice. "Where are my car keys because I'm sure my car is back here" I say.
My father studied my face and decided to give in
"On the kitchen counter" he says as he walked to his room.
I went into the kitchen and everywhere was still intact, I admire my dad but I'm sorry I have to do this. I'm fighting
For my love. I took the key off the counter and went outside, the car wasn't parked outside so it should be in the garage. I opened the garage door and my car was still there but covered with some pieces of clothes. I got into my car and started the engine and went off to find Chase.
As I drove away from my house I could see my dad staring at me through the window, his face was filled with sadness and I felt bad for my actions but there's no going back now.
I followed the paths where we took on our way to my father's house and everywhere was getting really dark already. Fuck I should have shifted this trip till tomorrow morning. I continued to drive in the same path till I got to the woods and I couldn't clearly see anything.
A part of me was gravely scared because anything could happen in the woods at night but the other part of me really wants to continue the journey to see Chase so I continued the journey. The woods are filled with different animals that makes different sounds and their sounds filled the air making it more eery.
I eventually got to the spot where chase had parked his car earlier so I must be close. I parked my car on the same spot as I walked through the bushes but with my flashlight on. I spotted the house on top of the hill so I sent towards it.
I got to the house and all of the lights were off, I suspected no one was at home but I knocked anyways but got no response.
I opened the door and walked into the house.
"Chase?" I call out his name but didn't get any response. Fuck I came all this way to look for Chase and I can't find him here. In no time I bursted out in tears and went to the room we shared our first night together and our first sex together. I sat on the bed as the images of those moments ran through my mind.
There's no way I'm possibly going to go out of this house to find Chase because it's too late already and I don't even have his fucking number, maybe I'll go to the mansion tomorrow to check for him but will the mansion be safe as at now? Different questions keep rolling through my head that I didn't realize when sleep took me away.
