Everyone present had a sombre expression, the scene of the old man almost self-destructing is probably still playing in their heads. There's also the looming aura of death hanging around them. If Grey couldn't deal with the City Lord, they were done for. But could he?
The moment Grey took a step into the Hall, the Old man's eyes were locked on him, and relief could be seen in them. After the initial relief was a hint of worry.

"Your Excellency, welcome to the McCall Family Manor. I'm sorry I couldn't properly welcome Your Excellency, the situation in the family didn't permit me." The Old man from the McCall Family rushed to stand up as he bowed to show his respect to Grey. He also knew that Grey's strength is largely superior to his.
"Your Excellency, may I be bold enough to ask who you are?" The Old man asked to break the silence.
"You can call me Grey." Grey replied offhandedly, his gaze resting on the Old man.
The Old man felt a bit uncomfortable under Grey's gaze, but he didn't sense any malice, so he calmed his raging heart and put on a smile, "So it's Young Lord Grey. Haha, a true hero among the youths!"
A short bout of laughter later, the Old man asked, "What advice does Young Lord Grey have for this old man?"
Hearing the Old man's words, Grey didn't hold back and told him the reason for his visit. The genius from the Vaergahl Family died in the McCall Family Manor, and the place of his final rest is where the opportunity awaited.
The Old man's face changed when he heard the name of the Vaergahl Family genius. He didn't believe that the expert from their records who is said to have left an inheritance here would be the reason someone like Grey came to help them.
"Young Lord Grey, it's not that I don't believe you, but this is a very important matter and not something I can handle alone." The Old man said with a serious tone.
Grey noticed that since mentioning the name of the genius from the Vaergahl Family, the Old man's countenance changed, there was even a hint of panic in them. The panic isn't something Grey missed.
He furrowed his brows as he realized that things might not be as simple as he thought. Since the Old man had such a reaction, it meant that there was definitely something wrong, and it involved the final resting place of the genius from the Vaergahl Family.
"Does Senior need to invite others? If so, I can wait." Grey spoke up after a short silence, he didn't want to miss out on this since he was here. Sir Astarot told him that it was impossible for even a Peak Sovereign to unseal a cave abode sealed by that genius.
The genius's final resting place is a cave abode here, and according to the information he passed on to Sir Astarot, he placed a seal on the cave abode. The method to enter this place needed one to be like Grey or that genius, having Dragon scales while being human. Other than this method, only an Elementalist at least twice as strong as him can break it. In the entire Aurora Continent, the number of Elementalists with double the strength of a Peak Sovereign were few, and they were all Half God Plane Elementalists.
