"The Apex Store is not much use for me. I already have an Advanced Ice Apex Cultivation Technique, and as for combat ability, I have quite the amount of offensive techniques now. Perhaps one or two Ice Battle techniques or defensive techniques will be nice, but still, that isn’t a top priority right now..." Ryuk analyzed.
