A pitch-black gate rippling like water silently appeared in front of Bai Yan.

Bai Yan let out a deep breath; his body had transformed into that of a Great Inferior Demon.
"Come out, my Demons!"
Bai Yan gestured with his hand, his voice deep as he began to summon the Demons he had bred using the demonic tongue.
Ripples spread through the Void around Bai Yan as second-level Demons appeared out of nowhere, descending from the Demon Breeding Farm to his side.
The Abyss Demon Tree, its huge frame undulating with vines.
The Evil Eye Demon, a massive eye with numerous slender bodies entwining it.
All the Demons submitted beside Bai Yan, their evil aura expanding as they silently worshipped their Lord.
The reason Bai Yan summoned these second-level Demons was to aid his own evolution.
What kind of Demon Lord would he be if he didn’t bring his minions to fight?
Bai Yan narrowed his eyes scanning the area; he didn’t summon the Demon Witch spawn since they were not strong fighters and couldn’t offer support at this stage.
There were a total of 22 second-level Abyss Demon Trees and 7 second-level Evil Eye Demons.
With this group of helpers, it would be much easier for Bai Yan to hunt Demons of the same rank.
This time Bai Yan entered the Abyssal Plane with not much demonic energy, just a few hundred points, all converted into Gatling handheld ammunition—his ace for the upcoming battle.

"Master, you are finally back. Alec has missed you so much!"
The Divine Thought of the Abyss Demon Dragon Alec arrived, filled with excitement and flattery.
Time flowed differently between the Abyssal Plane and the Main Plane. While barely a month had passed for Bai Yan on the Main Plane, more than half a year had elapsed in the Abyssal Plane.
"Alec, long time no see."
Bai Yan greeted Alec with a beaming smile. The Abyss Demon Dragon circled and found a place to land. The second-level Demons frantically ran outwards, making room for the ninth-level overlord, not daring to stay put.
Alec snorted loudly, looking disdainfully at the crowd of second-level Demons, and said to Bai Yan, "Master, why are these pieces of trash surrounding you? Would you like your loyal Alec to kill them for you?"
Alec’s fierce appearance caused even more panic amongst the second-level Demons; many Evil Eyes could no longer maintain their low-altitude floating state. This wasn’t because they were weak; it was because the enemy was too powerful.
"Don’t mess around. They are all my demon warriors."
Bai Yan frowned, giving Alec a warning glance.
He had spent a considerable amount of demonic energy to cultivate this group of second-tier demons; how could he let Alec do as he pleased?
Bai Yan’s icy gaze made Alec involuntarily shrink his neck, feeling a shared distress.
Alec wasn’t stupid; he could actually see the relationship between this group of second-tier demons and their master, but the proud Alec always believed that as a level-nine demon, he was now the master’s servant, and the master shouldn’t need any other low-level demon warriors.
This group of low-level trash only tarnishes the master’s brilliance and glory!

From his last venture into the Abyss, Bai Yan had realized that Alec probably hadn’t evolved with his intelligence intact.
With the formidable power of a level-nine demon, but a soul that was naive and simple.
It’s a wonder how it safely evolved to the level of a level-nine demon.
"Got it, master, you’re hungry again, huh?"
Alec was all smiles as he took flight, his body filled with vigorous energy: "Wait a moment, master. Alec will be right back!"
Clearly, Alec had remembered the last time Bai Yan had a huge feast in the Abyss Plane, gorging on demons with no sign of evolution afterward. Since then, Bai Yan had been labeled as a "Gluttonous King" in Alec’s mind.
It seems that the master still needs Alec’s "loving sustenance"!
I must be diligent, so the master won’t go hungry!
Soon, Alec flew away, leaving Bai Yan behind with a face full of black lines.

Bai Yan growled: "Why so much nonsense? Who said I want to eat these demons? Shut up and lie down over there!"
Alec lay down with a heart full of grievances, his colossal dragon body settling, his tail gently swishing, his eyes filled with confusion.
Doesn’t the master like to eat the food Alec catches the most?
