But to manufacture a Magnetic Monopole, Terra lacks such conditions, unless it’s a legacy from a pre-era civilization.
For instance, the Imperial Capital.
As a Planetary Shield Generator, the Imperial Capital can naturally create super high-energy particle streams. Without the Sunbird’s Bloodline True Form, being hit by the full-power beam from the Imperial Capital would surely result in severe damage.
With slight modifications, the Imperial Capital becomes an ideal high-energy particle laboratory.
However, Inega alone could not simultaneously control the Imperial Capital and conduct experiments, and controlling the Imperial Capital requires bearing an enormous load... thus, The Unyielding Fortress was born!
Perhaps in the future, The Unyielding Fortress will carry much additional significance and abilities, but initially, all of this was constructed by Inega II to create the True Form of the Highest Level high-energy particle laboratory!
